"Monmouth County for Clean Energy - Peoples Climate March" and rally are presently planned for Sept 8, from 10AM to noon.

The March terminates in Marine Park, Red Bank,  where a half dozen speakers provide 5 min talks and various tables provide information on energy efficiency and ways to transition to 100% Clean Energy.

One table is reserved for information on plug-in electric cars which are on exhibit.  Affixed to the window of each car is a standard template, describing that car's major features.  At this time, the following cars will be exhibited by their owners:

Tesla S (2 models)
Chevy Bolt
Chevy Volt
Toyota Prius Prime (2 models)

In addition, a Monmouth County Nissan dealer is providing a Nissan LEAF for the exhibit.

Prospective electric car visitors would have two options:
1. Join the "Peoples Climate March" , which starts at 10AM, in Riverside Gardens Park, 40 West Front Street, Red Bank, NJ 07701.
The March terminates in Marine Park, the end of Wharf Ave., off East Front Street, Red Bank.

2. Visitors not desiring to march could park  in multiple convenient locations, but must walk to Marine Park, and NOT attempt to drive into Marine Park, during electric car exhibits from10:30 to noon.

These electric car visitors would then be treated as any other attendee who completed the march.
