Monterey Bay Air Resources District is hosting a plug-in electric vehicle ride and drive event at their district office on Saturday, September 15, 2018 in celebration of National Drive Electric Week. The event will feature test drives and static displays of the latest electric vehicles on the market including a variety of all-electric and plug-in hybrids. An EV tailgate for EV enthusiasts is also being planned. In addition to cool cars, participants can enjoy tasty food options from food trucks, a bouncy house for the kids, live music, and a collection of EV groups and nonprofits promoting cleaner air.
