There are four main areas of plug in vehicle activity:
1. A display area with vehicles on static display so you look under the hood and ask questions and get answers from the people that drive them every day
2. An area for lining up test rides in personal electric vehicles and drives in dealer cars around the block using “take a number” so there’s no waiting in line
3. A series of plug in vehicle videos playing all day on the big TV inside to enjoy along with refreshments
4. The rest of the solar park demonstrating how to power your home or business and your car on free and clean solar power
Prizes and Awards:
Registered EVs are eligible for awards, in recognition of unique features or accomplishments such as most oil-free miles driven
Speakers: Show of support for EVs from city officials with a proclamation signed by Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle A few words from our major sponsor EV owner stories of why they bought their electric vehicle and what it has been like driving it daily
