Event Report

This event was hosted by the Wakefield Municipal Gas and Light Department at their offices across from the town park. Press releases were sent out in the week leading up to the event and social media posts were utilized. Residents were able to come find out more information about EVs and take a test drive in a Nissan Leaf provided by Kelly Woburn Nissan, as well as a Chevy Bolt provided by Liberty Chevy. Wakefield is offering residents a free level 2 wi-fi charging station if they purchase an electric vehicle, which drew a number of residents to the table.
