Event Report
Belmont Drives Electric was thrilled to host its first National Drive Electric Week event! It was a huge success. We completed 100 Rides and Drives, and had a great variety of cars on display and to test drive. Residents and out-of-town visitors saw or drove Tesla Model S and Model X, Nissan Leaf, Chevy Bolt and Volt, BMW i3, and others.
We were joined by the Belmont Energy Committee, Belmont Goes Solar, Belmont WheelWorks, Pedego Electric Bikes Boston, Phinix Grill, Mass Energy, Mothers Out Front, and the New England Electric Auto Association.
We are very thankful to our volunteers, the town of Belmont and Belmont Light for their continued support. Visit http://www.belmontdriveselectric.org/ to find out more about how you can switch to driving electric
