Event Report
The Centralina Clean Fuels Coalition, in partnership with the City of Salisbury, Wallace Realty, Rowan Chamber of Commerce, and others, hosted a ribbon cutting event for the new DC Fast Charger in Salisbury, NC. Mayor Paul Woodson Jr., spoke about Salisbury setting an example for other cities and towns in the Greater Charlotte Region to install chargers and how the charger would encourage residents to drive electric vehicles. Hendrick BMW and Ben Mynatt Nissan brought vehicles to display and demonstrate how to connect to and use the charger. It was a great event with electric vehicle owners and enthusiasts showing off their vehicles and talking shop!
