Event Report

No attendees for the presentation... but who wants to sit through a presentation and look at pictures of cars when there are real cars in the parking lot? :-)
The presence of the cars attracted the attention of several very curious kids (and their parents) and they had lots of fun questions.

Event Description

Introduction to Electric Vehicles - What's it like driving a coal-powered? and other frequently asked questions.

Presentation will answer every question I've been asked in the last three years, from the most basic to the most advanced. Topics will include financial benefits, choosing the right EV for your lifestyle, EV charging, ERCOT grid mix, how electric vehicles can improve grid resiliency, how the shift to electrified transportation has already and will continue to benefit the Texas economy and more.
After the presentation and Q&A, we will move to the parking lot where at least one BEV will be displayed and available to touch and take a short ride around the block.
Vehicle(s) will be cleaned between rides with disinfectant sprays and wipes.
Paper masks and hand sanitizer will be available.
