Manufactured in France and purchased in Canada, it operates reliably on lead-acid batteries and drew a lot of attention for EV technology that is accessible to an everyday person. |
Event Description
Hosted by Catamount Traders on Route 2 – four miles west of Rt 91 and 4 miles east of Glacial Potholes. Battery-powered cars (Chevy, Fiat, Hyundai, Nissan, Tesla, VW etc), bikes, riding mower and hand tools, as well as people-powered bicycles. Films about EVs. A visit from State Representative Natalie Blais at 10 am. Information on plans to expand passenger train service, increase the electrification of transportation, and develop safer streets for pedestrians and bicyclists. Technicians for EV charging, photovoltaic solar, passive solar and low-carbon home construction. Come share and learn. Gifts and more.
