UPDATE:

Unfortunately for  this year we will need to cancel our event. The Insurance Company now has instituted a "Pandemic Exclusion" in the fine print.

We are planning to do some form of Online Event in the future but it will be sometime later than October 3rd.

Sorry for this cancellation - hoping by Spring 2021 we can resume our in person events.

This year our event will NOT be at RIT. No non RIT events are being scheduled on campus for this year.

We would like to have an In-Person event with the appropriate health guidelines in place for COVID-19 concerns based on the directives from the NYS Department of Health. Guidelines may require us to follow a very specific protocol and if we do have the event, the event will only be open to those that can follow the yet to be published guidelines 100%.
