Event Report
This is the third year we have participated in the Ramsey Happy Days event and attendees at the EV display and ride & drive continues to grow. This is a 3 hour event followed by a parade of the exhibitors, include the electric vehicles. There are between 3,000 and 4,000 attendees at this event each year, so we expose electric vehicles to many people during our time there.
New this year were the addition of an electric Zero motorcycle and an E-Go electric bike.

Event Description
Connexus Energy will be sponsoring an electric vehicle (EV) display and Ride n Drive event for the 3rd consecutive year during Ramsey Minnesota's Happy Days. The EV event will run from 11:00 am until 2:30 pm and EV owners are encouraged to contact us to sign up to attend with your vehicle. Immediately following the Ride n Drive event, electric vehicles will participate in the Happy Days parade, showing attendees the variety of electric vehicles and plug-in electric vehicles available today.
In the past, the display has included:
- BMW i3, X5 and i8,
- Nissan LEAF,
- Tesla Model S, X, Coupe and this year Model 3(s),
- Chrysler Pacifica PHEV
- Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV
- Cadillac CT6 PHEV
- Chevrolet Volt and Bolt
