Event Report
This year's Cupertino NDEW event focused on display vehicles (EVs) and a ride-and-drive.
We did not have any speakers this year, but because we partnered with the Silicon Valley
Fall Festival, we boosted attendance slightly vs. 2017.

Event Description
Cupertino Celebrates National Drive ElectricWeek at the Silicon Valley Fall Festival
Join us to check out the latest in Electric Vehicle (EV) and charging technology at the Silicon Valley Fall Festival. We will be in parking lot B, at De Anza College on Sept. 15th from 10am - 3pm. Come join the fun and take a ride in the newest electric cars there for testing, as well as on display. The latest Nissan LEAF also will make a guest appearance - don't miss that!
About National Drive Electric Week
Presented by the Electric Auto Association, Plug In America and the Sierra Club, National Drive Electric Week, September 8-16, 2018, is a nationwide celebration to heighten awareness of today's widespread availability of plug-in vehicles and highlight the benefits of all-electric and plug-in hybrid-electric cars, trucks, motorcycles, and more. They are fun to drive, are more convenient to fuel than gasoline vehicles, are better for the environment, promote local jobs, and reduce our dependence on foreign oil. Are you considering going electric? Come talk to owners who have successfully done so.
