Had prominent town employees present and giving speeches: town manager & police chief
Sierra Club Chapter Director Glen Brand was present and gave a speech as well

2nd annual Electric Vehicle Expo

A ribbon cutting ceremony for our newest public EV Charger installation at the South Paris Police Station.
This charger was installed courtesy of the Town of Paris, The Center for an Ecology Based Economy, Barry Woods of Electric Mobility, ADS Electric, and Paris Autobarn LLC. It's FREE to use and is conveniently located on the side of the Paris Police Department, next to the public library, Market Square Restaurant, and more.
Briant Kent, the man behind the Negative Carbon Road Trip.
Brian took his 100% electric Nissan Leaf on the ultimate road trip and toured all the lower 48 states, planting trees along the way. He traveled over 43,000 miles over the course of about 8 months, in a car with about an 80 mile range. Brian will be one of our guest speakers and will be available to answer questions.
