Yakima Event Has Been Canceled.

Leading Force has teamed up with Downtown Yakima Farmers' Market (DYFM) to celebrate National Drive Electric Week on Sept/Oct (TBD), 2020.

This is a great opportunity to bring your Electric Vehicle (EV) and meet other EV owners from around the Valley and state of Washington.  If you would like to join area EV owners at the DYFM on S 3rd Street and Yakima Ave, please use the RSVP button at the top of this page.

Are you interested in learning more about EVs and the EV community?  Then come and visit the happy EV owners to discuss the pros and cons of electric vehicles.  Learn about apps, tax incentives, and charging station locations in Yakima. This is a FREE event!

Side note for EV drivers participating; be prepared to answer public questions from 9am-1pm.  Vehicles can park in front and across the street of Leading Force (17 N 3rd Street, Yakima, WA 98901) till Market Manager is ready to bring EVs into the premises around 8:15/8:30am.  EV's will need to be parked on the DYFM site by 8:40am.  Vehicles that show up afterwards will likely be turned away for public safety or placed to the curb outside the market.  EV owners will be allowed to leave at 1:15pm; wait 15 minutes after market ends for public safety.

The DYFM takes place every Sunday from 9am to 1pm, May through October.  Enjoy a feature of farmers, ranchers, food vendors, artist stands/crafters, and food processors from the state of Washington and bordering counties of Idaho and Oregon. Buskers at the Market (local musicians and artists) will provide music and performances as available in front of The Capitol Theatre.
