National Drive Electric Week
Sep 15, 2018
|Day:||Saturday, September 15, 2018 NOTE: this event has already happened, find current-year events on the Attend page.|
|Time:||11am – 3pm|
|Location:||Utica City Hall
1 Kennedy Plaza
Utica, NY 13502
This was a great first event in Utica. We hosted the event at Utica's new charging station at City Hall and the event doubled as a ribbon cutting event for the station. Mayor Robert M. Palmieri dropped by to say a few words, and later WKTV Utica stopped in to get footage of the event (http://www.wktv.com/content/news/City-of-Utica-promotes-charging-station-at-city-hall-493401871.html). We also planned this event the same day as a benefit concert occuring directly behind the NDEW event site, which helped to engage other community members that weren't already aware of our NDEW event.
Overall, this was a great event and a good way to show Utica that EVs are going to be a part of the community's future.

All attendees and volunteers are required to wear face masks whenever they are within six feet of another person at all National Drive Electric Week 2022 events. Please see this information about how to improve how your mask protects you. For more information, see our in-person event safety requirements.
Join us for an event that will highlight the new EV charging station that was installed in Utica recently. It will serve as a ribbon cutting event, an EV charging demonstration, and possibly an electric vehicle ride and drive. The event will be held on site near the EV Charging station installed at the Utica City Hall.
Keep checking back for more details.
