Event Report
This was the 1st year event in Corpus Christi, which is a town many people work at the oil refineries. I was happy with the number of cars and people that showed up this year. I hope to triple the number for next year's event. Only one dealer about 15 miles away even sells plug-in vehicles and they did not bring any. I stopped by every new car dealer and even the Nissan dealer doesn't sell Nissan LEAFs. The people who attended had good questions and an interest in EVs. I am hoping some of them show up with their own EVs next year.
One TV station did an interview with me and ran the story on the news.
