Event Report
No podium. No speakers. Just EV Car Talk, Rides and Drives surrounded by green.
Many walk-up and curious became EV experienced and began asking purchase questions.
Our designated Test-Drive Route had scenic lake-cityscape views and one stretch allowing safe unforgettable "Peddle-to-Metal" experiences.
Special EVs: 1 Zero motorcycle, 1 ELF Velomobile, 2 Think Citys and 1 Bewegen EV Bike from Baltimore BikeShare.
Our 1st year event: EV Rally in a Park setting with a great Test-Drive Route. EVs and participants floated thru all afternoon. Test Drives in BMW I3, Leaf, and Chevy Spark. Test Rides in several owner vehicles including an early vintage Tesla operated by a commercial aircraft pilot.
We had little media outreach support. We mostly emailed community ListServes, personal contacts & FaceBook
The Rawlings Conservatory gave us great support, street cones, traffic control by Park Rangers.
$32 rented one port-a-pot.

B'More BikeShare is coming with new electric powered bikes
Food trucks will include Everything Turkey, Garden of Vegan and Just Ice fruit ice.
